Our Thoughts
Contents
Piece Count and Price: The set comes at a price per piece ratio of 11 pieces per dollar. Given this is a normal sized set, with your typical lego pieces, the set is fairly well priced.
Figures: The set comes with a surprisingly large amount of figures for the theme it is. Consisting of 12 figures, each given their personality. The LEGO figures add that extra life to the already vibrant set.
Build Process: The construction is divided into six sections, each with its own instruction booklet, making it suitable for group building. The use of small, varied pieces to create intricate details can be a bit much on the fingers but also enjoyable due to the several elements. Any builder should be prepared for a satisfying process that culminates in a detailed and textured artwork.
Additional Contents: The set includes a 'You are here' tile to indicate Earth's position in the galaxy, adding an educational element to the display. The final model is designed for wall mounting, complete with hanger elements, making it a very practical addition to home or office decor.
In summary, the LEGO Art 31212 The Milky Way Galaxy set offers both a challenging build and a captivating final product, making it a worthwhile addition for LEGO enthusiasts and space aficionados alike.

I would recommend this to a friend!
As an architecture, gardening and Lego enthusiast, this set seemed tailored to my taste and it didn't disappoint. The varied build that seemed to perfectly switch between intricate plant builds and the grand architectural structure was thoroughly enjoyable. The finished build has to be the most beautiful building Lego has ever released. As some one who owns many of the early Modular buildings along with some of the more recent, including the original Ninjago city. In my opinion this set has surpassed them all for build experience and is by far my new favourite. Thank you to the fan designer and the team at Lego for turning her stunning concept into this beautiful work of art.
